RWC Kitty Club

Welcome to the RWC Kitty Club

About RWC Kitty Club:

We are a vibrant community where friendship and fun are our top priorities.

Born from the Ravet Women's Club, our goal is to bring ladies together for monthly social gatherings focused on great food, games, and wonderful company. Our optional financial groups are available for members who are interested, but our main purpose is to simply celebrate our friendships and build a stronger community together.

How Our Kitty Club Works

Our club is designed to be flexible and inclusive, so we've created a two-part system to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience in a way that works for them.

  • The Social Group: Fun, Games & Friendship

This is the heart of our club! Every member of the RWC Kitty Club is part of this group. Our monthly gatherings are all about connecting, relaxing, and having a great time.

We get together to enjoy delicious food, play fun games, and celebrate special moments.

There is no financial commitment apart from nominal contribution to handle regular expenses for the party to join this group, just a shared passion for community and friendship!

For members interested in a structured savings system, we have optional financial subgroups. These are small, separate groups where members make a monthly contribution.

The money is pooled together and paid out to members on a rotational basis over a one-year cycle.

This is a great way to save money and receive a lump sum in a trusted, secure group.

Membership in a financial subgroup is completely voluntary and separate from the main social club activities.

Rules & Regulations

To ensure our club runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience, we've set up these clear and simple rules.

Meeting & Attendance

  • Our monthly meetings will be held on a pre-decided date, with the venue and time announced at least one week in advance.

  • Attendance is not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged to ensure our events are lively and successful.

The Hybrid Host Team

  • The Host Team for each monthly event is a hybrid team consisting of 2-3 fixed members from the Core Committee and 2-3 variable members from the club.

  • The rotating members will be selected by a lucky draw at the end of each meeting.

  • This model ensures that our events are always well-managed and full of new, creative ideas.

Event Expenses

  • The expenses for each monthly event (venue, food, games, etc.) will be covered by a per-head contribution from all attendees for that specific event.

  • The Host Team is responsible for calculating the total cost and communicating the per-head amount at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Payment is to be made directly to the Host Team upon arrival at the venue.

General Guidelines

  • All members are expected to maintain respectful and friendly conduct toward each other.

  • The Core Committee will address and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
