Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Membership is open to women residing in the Pune area of India who are 18 years of age or older.

  2. Application Process:

    • Membership is open to women residing in the Ravet area of India who are 18 years of age or older.

  3. Membership Fee:

    • A non-refundable membership fee (₹ 750/- per year) is applicable upon joining the club. The fee amount and payment instructions will be communicated by the club management.
    • Modes of payment accepted (UPI, cash, bank transfer, online payment, etc.).

  4. Membership Duration:

    • Membership is typically valid for one calendar year from the date of joining. Renewal options will be provided prior to the expiration date.

  5. Rights and Privileges:

    • Enrolment in RWC database
    • Badge for recognition
    • Small instant gift
    • Extend Invitation for any social event  (approx 4 events in a year) (e.g: Christmas event of Radisson Blu)
    • Extend Gift coupons / hampers received by RWC (e.g: Gift from Local Leader )
    • Additional one day Adv. post for members only (post will be done by admin)
    • Allow to go live in facebook page/group
    • Entry to RWC partner events (e.g: Entry for Sylphina Fashion show)
    • Discount on Sylphina Fashion show participation.
    • Discount in RWC event charges

  1. Code of Conduct:

    • All members are expected to adhere to the club's code of conduct, which promotes respect, inclusivity, and responsible behavior at all club events and activities.

  3. Members are encouraged to actively participate in club meetings, events, and activities. Regular attendance helps foster community engagement and support.

  2. Members may be requested to contribute their time, skills, or resources towards organizing club events and activities, as deemed necessary by the club management.

  3. Termination of Membership:

    • The club reserves the right to terminate a member's membership in case of violation of club rules, misconduct, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the club management. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

  5. Privacy Policy:

    • The club respects the privacy of its members and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Members' information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  6. Liability and Indemnity:

    • Disclaimer regarding any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during club activities.
    • Indemnification clause holding the club harmless against any claims or liabilities.

  7. Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

    • Procedure for lodging complaints or grievances.
    • Timely resolution of grievances and communication with members.

  8. Amendment of Terms and Conditions:

    • The club management reserves the right to amend the membership terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.

  10. Any disputes arising in connection with membership or club activities will be resolved through amicable discussions between the concerned parties and the club management

    Jurisdiction:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matters arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Pune area.
